We talk and discuss a lot with our festival consultant Fatih Özgüven while preparing the program. Which films should we show at the festival, which films are connected to each other, how can we make a harmonious program? MUBI, which has recently come to the fore with its content, is a digital cinema platform. But actually “Is it an internet service?” “A publisher?” “A distributor?” “A curator?” “A cinephile?” Their own answer to all these questions is “Yes!”. In this talk, MUBI Turkey director Cem Altınsaray will have a conversation with film critic Okan Arpaç about what choosing a movie means and why they choose which movies. Fatih Özgüven will also accompany them with his questions.
