Written and directed by Tolga Karaçelik, and filmed entirely in the United States in English, Psycho Therapy... is a dark comedy about the creative crisis that nearly every writer has faced at some point. Keane, whose first novel was a major success, struggles to write his second book while also trying to save his faltering marriage. One night, after drinking heavily, he meets a peculiar man named Kollmick. He tells Keane that he is his biggest fan, that he has absolutely loved his debut novel. Also, as it happens, Kollmick is a retired serial killer. Upon learning about Keane’s writer’s block, the former killer persuades him to write a book about himself, and nestles in Keane’s life. Kollmick is more than willing to share every detail of his profession with his favorite writer.

With John Magaro as Keane and Steve Buscemi as Kollmick, the film's uncanny atmosphere steers the viewer towards an absurd, laughter-filled finale.
